Scheduling a Hunt/Bench Show

United Feist Registry Field Operations welcomes clubs and organizers to host UFR‑sanctioned Hunts and Bench Shows. All events must be scheduled at least 30 days in advance to be included in the Upcoming Events section of our website. Please download or print the official hunt rules and review them carefully before hosting or participating.

To schedule an event and receive your hunt packet, please complete the Licensed Event Application.

If you are unable to print or complete the Licensed Event Application, you may text all of the required information to the Field Operations number listed below. (Completing form is the preferred method of submitting information)

Required Information:

Club Name, Event Address, GPS Coordinates, Contact Person (name, address, phone)

Dates - List AM and/or PM Hunt, Full Elimination, Bench Show for each date with deadlines.
